As promised, attached is the agenda for our special car show planning meeting. We will meet at Round Table Lichen on Wed, 7/27 at 7:00 (6:00 for dinner).
We have a lot of subjects to discuss. Our hope is to track the status of various items, determine actions necessary to complete those items and assign some responsibilities to members who volunteer.
Enough said, right.
The agenda is a draft. If you have any suggestions to improve it, please send them my way.
Like I said at our general membership meeting, we need many hands on deck to make this event successful.
