We appreciate your support for for our Charity Car Show Event

The SAMC's Annual car Show raises funds for local Youth-At-Risk programs, Veterans programs, as well as the promotion of local High School Automotive trade programs and Non-Profit California Automobile Museum. We need and appreciate. your support in our efforts to raise funds and awareness. Our event brings together automotive enthusiasts, families, and community members. Our 27th Annual "Mustangs & Fords at the Marriott event showcases some of the best Ford family of vehicles including, Antiques, Classics, Hotrods, Ratrods, Customs, Muscle cars, Trucks, Mustangs, Shelby's, and Cobras from all over the western States.


Our 27th Annual Mustangs & Fords at the Marriott show is Saturday, Sept. 21st, 2024

We are thrilled to invite you to be an event sponsor or rent a vendor space (Double wide parking spot). Lots of room for a trailer or pop-up canopy and tables. The vendor area has lots of shady trees. Sorry, but no food vendors are allowed as per the host Marriott Hotel.

By becoming a sponsor of our car Show, you will have the exceptional opportunity to increase your brand visibility and Exposure to a diverse group of car enthusiasts, the public, and conventioneers from the hotel. We support our sponsors and vendors year-round with marketing and exposure to our participants and the thousands of visitors our show attracts.

Our Gold Sponsors get:

  1. Name & logo on our car show & club websites with over 4,000 yearly visitors
  2. Your Name & Logo on our Souvenir Event T-shirts
  3. Vendor space (Dbl Wide parking Space)
  4. Your name printed on one of the tall "Best-of-show ' trophies.
  5. Your name and services mentioned all day long over our PA system.
  6. Gold Sponsor fee= $200

Our Vendors get:

  3. Vendor fee= $60

We encourage our vendors and sponsors to provide raffle prizes and around 200-240 promotional items or printed materials to go into our goody bags passed out to our car show participants.

Vendor Terms and Conditions

The Sacramento Area Mustang Club (SAMC)/as well as the Marriott Hotel has the right to enforce any and all of the below listed Terms and Conditions Our goal is to have a safe, enjoyable, good time for all!


Now for the fine print...........

  1. Vendor set-up time is 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. If space is vacant at 9:00 AM, space may be forfeited and/or resold with no refunds to Vendor
  2. Tear down is between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM
  3. This is a “For Charity” event and will be held Rain-or-Shine and no refunds will be issued.
  4. Checks, Money orders, Certified Checks will be accepted up until June 1st, 20. After June 1st, cash only will be accepted the day of the event.
  5. Each Vendor/Exhibitor is responsible for all damage to any property caused by Vendor’s/Exhibitor’s staff, personnel, or its representatives.
  6. No vulgar products and/or services (in the discretion of SAMC) shall be sold, promoted, or demonstrated at the event.
  7. Vendors/Exhibitors are not granted sole exclusivity of any product categories at the event.
  8. SAMC reserves the right to stop, and/or remove anyone performing a lude act, being obnoxious or rude to others, breaking the law, or acting in an objectionable manner not safe or detracting from the dignity of the car show.
  9. Neither SAMC or the Vendor/Exhibitor shall be responsible for any loss or damage to property of the other hereto including, but not limited to loss or damage caused by fire, theft, smoke, flood, acts of god, public enemy, riot, civil commotion or other. It is the responsibility of SAMC and Vendor/Exhibitor to secure their own insurance to protect themselves from such loss or damage.
  10. Vendor/Exhibitor relinquishes any and all rights to any photos or videos taken in connection with the event. It is understood that these photos /videos may be used for future promotions.
