Help promote your business by supporting the SAMC’s 28th Annual Car Show. Proceeds from this event are donated to over 10 different organizations throughout the year, we need and appreciate your support in our efforts. The Annual Car Show brings together automotive enthusiasts, families, and community members to view and celebrate the cars entered into the show. We have a strong history of bringing together 150+ cars each year and showcase our community through the numerous contests held during the show. Sponsors of this event not only benefit from the advertisement done during the event but also gain continued advertisement on the customize Annual Car Show T-Shirts and more. Additionally, sponsors are eligible to secure a vendor space at the Annual Car Show for an additional cost of $50 and may volunteer to provide raffle prizes and goodie bag stuffers (Qty. of 200). Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

The Sponsor agrees to provide sponsorship for the event(s) listed above, either as a financial sponsor or by providing goods or services, as mutually agreed upon by both parties. In exchange for the sponsorship, the Sponsor will receive the benefits outlined in the previous section and is granted the right to be recognized as a sponsor per their selected sponsorship level. The Sponsor grants the Sacramento Area Mustang Club (SAMC) permission to use its name, logo, and any marketing materials provided by the Sponsor in connection with the promotion of the charity drive and car show, including event programs, signage, advertising, and online platforms, both prior to and following the event(s). Events held by SAMC are “For Charity” events and will be held Rain-or-Shine, no sponsorship refunds will be issued due to any unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or acts of God). This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties regarding the sponsorship and supersedes any prior discussions, agreements, or understandings. Any amendments or modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Vendor Terms and Conditions

The Sacramento Area Mustang Club (SAMC)/as well as the Marriott Hotel has the right to enforce any and all of the below listed Terms and Conditions. Vendor set-up time is 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. If space is vacant at 9:00 AM, space may be forfeited and/or resold with no refunds to Vendor. Vendor tear down is between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. This is a “For Charity” event and will be held Rain-or-Shine and no refunds will be issued. On‐line Payments, Checks, Money orders, or Certified Checks will be accepted up until Sept. 1st, 2025. After Sept. 1 st, 2025 only cash will be accepted and must be received on or before the day of the event. Each Vendor/Exhibitor is responsible for all damage to any property caused by said Vendor’s/Exhibitor’s staff, personnel, or its representatives. No vulgar products and/or services (at the discretion of SAMC) shall be sold, promoted, or demonstrated at the event. Vendors/Exhibitors are not granted sole exclusivity of any product categories at the event. SAMC reserves the right to stop, and/or remove anyone who has been deemed to be performing a lude act, being obnoxious or rude to others, breaking the law, or acting in an objectionable manner not safe or detracting from the dignity of the car show at SAMC’s discretion. Neither SAMC or the Vendor/Exhibitor shall be responsible for any loss or damage to property of the other hereto including, but not limited to loss or damage caused by fire, theft, smoke, flood, acts of god, public enemy, riot, civil commotion or other. It is the responsibility of SAMC and Vendor/Exhibitor to secure their own insurance to protect themselves from such loss or damage. The Vendor/Exhibitor relinquishes any and all rights to any photos or videos taken in connection with the event. It is understood that these photos /videos may be used for future promotions. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
