Hi Everyone, this board meeting is not your normal meeting, this is last board meeting to do Car Show Preparation.
The September 2024 Board meeting will be on Wednesday, September 11th at Mike and Monica’s, this is a mandatory meeting for all officers and members who are involved in car-show planning.

- Registration Packets prepared
- Sponsorship and Vendor Details
- Parking-lot prep and day-of support responsibilities
